Required Documentation for Trademark Renewal
When renewing a registered trademark, you must submit the following documents along with the TM-12 renewal form to the Registrar of Trademarks (RoT):
- Attested copy of the original trademark registration certificate
- Certified copy of the TM-A form from the initial trademark registration
- Proof of identity of the applicant
- Proof of residence of the applicant
- Power of Attorney if the applicant is representing the trademark owner
