RCMC Registration

RCMC, or Registration-cum-Membership Certificate, is an official document necessary for the import and export of goods as outlined in the Foreign Trade Policy (FTP). This certificate is issued by Export Promotion Councils (EPCs), Commodity Boards, and Export Development Authorities designated by the Director General of Foreign Trade (DGFT) for each restricted product.

The RCMC serves as proof of an exporter’s membership or registration with a specific EPC, Commodity Board, or Export Development Authority, enabling access to the benefits and concessions available for the import or export of restricted goods under the FTP.

At GstTaxWala, we specialize in simplifying the RCMC registration process online, providing prompt and efficient service. With extensive experience in managing RCMC registrations, we offer comprehensive support to our clients throughout the entire process.

The Registration-cum-Membership Certificate confirms that the exporter is dealing with products registered with a recognized institution or body sanctioned by the Government of India. This certificate signifies that the exporter is officially registered with the relevant authority.
